I am an educator and mother of two. For the last twelve years I have been working with students previously diagnosed with a variety of learning disabilities. Many of these students are no longer labeled as special education students due to vision therapy and a host of developmentally appropriate academic remediation procedures.

I am also a freelance writer for a magazine in Southeast Michigan and am currently working on my master’s degree in Special Education.
